Ordering plans
for the Compass Harbor pram

CHpram at dock

We do our very best to create complete clear, easy-to-work-with plans for all of our designs. The plans for the Compass Harbor pram take this one step farther, and are specifically designed to remove the mystery of working with a set of boat plans. They are actually a set of assembly drawings that show the steps of how to build the boat. First, there is a pattern for every part in the boat; then the drawings show how to assemble those parts, with each distinct step in the process clearly shown. Each step of construction has its own drawing. The study plan page offers a closer look at how the plans work.

The full set of plans includes the 18”x24” lines drawing, five 2’x3’ scaled drawings; four 2’x3’ full-size patterns; eight 8-1/2 x 11 drawings; and 22-page detailed specifications manual and John’s useful lists. No lofting is necessary.
